Our organization desperately needed storage space for our fundraising and Bluebird storage step up and offered us the storage space we need for free. Colleen is a very caring parson, she ensured that we have the space, guided thru the application process. The space is very secure and well ventilated. I was in need for storage space due to moving house. Colleen and the team at Bluebird Storage have been absolutely outstanding. Their commitment to customer service, attention to detail and care is exemplary. The facility itself is well maintained, very secure and easy to access. I have the outmost confidence that my belongings will be safe and sound and dealing with Colleen will continue to be a pleasure.

By far... by far(!!) the most impressive storage I've ever used. Over the years I've stored in various locations--always opting for "secure". I never new how very professional, efficient, convenient, clean, and *super* secure such an experience could be. Every locker I used at BB (I had 4, ea. successively smaller as I worked through my stuff) was conveniently and intelligently designed in terms of dimensions, allowing for easy access and arrangement of stacks. The punch-in codes made it stupid-easy to get in at all times, with the added security of the extra outer gate. Excellent and reasonably priced insurance options. Plentiful dollies, access on same-floor. Fabulous, attentive, always-helpful staff (I did some arranging with them long-distance, from another province: they received the movers, gave them access, locked up afterwards and held the key for me at the front desk. It went smooth as silk). Regular security rounds--little stickers appearing regularly on my lock to confirm this. No unpleasant musty smells, no evidence of moisture or mould. No open ceilings. I would rent space with them again in a heartbeat, with full confidence--and I am sincerely happy to recommend them.

Thanks Colleen and Chris for always being so helpful and kind. They always spend the time to see the best option and also ask the manager to see if the decision can be accommodated. They feel like friends to me! :)
