I had a great experience finding storage for my RV at Make Space Storage in Cochrane, and a big part of that was thanks to Jason. I first met him at a tradeshow, where he was approachable, and genuinely interested in helping me figure out the best option for my needs. He took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure, which really stood out.
After the show, I followed up at the office, and the experience was just as positive. Jason was professional, organized, and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. He walked me through everything clearly and made sure I felt confident about my decision.
It’s not always easy to find a storage solution you feel good about, but this experience exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service from start to finish—I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and reliable place to store their RV.

This was my first time using this storage facility, and I had a great experience. Jason was very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. It was easy to arrange the unit, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The unit itself was clean and completely problem-free. When I was done, closing things out was just as simple. He was friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. Communication was excellent, and moving my belongings in went smoothly. After getting satisfaction of my enquiries, Honey from the sales agent helped me completed the tasks. Very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable and straight forward from signing agreement, credit card payments process, breakdown of the 8 weeks rental, office hours, access hours to generating and getting the access code code. So much confidence on the whole process. Then right after I've done with her, she emailed all what I need to have ( agreement and receipt for 1st payment ). Then the office manager Jason on this branch called me to make sure everything are in good order. I definitely recommend this storage to my clients and friends who will need one. They're all amazing to dealt with. Thank you so much Honey and Jason. Appreciate your time and help.
